Resin Warehouse Deep Cast Resin is a 2 part (2 parts A and 1 part B) Slow Curing Epoxy resin which when mixed with hardener sets to a strong, hard finished product. Resin is resistant to most household chemicals and can withstand surface temperatures around 80-85°C. The deep casting formula allows this product to do cast up to 55mm in large quantities without generating exothermic heat. Perfect for Deep River pours.

Directions for use: Mix resin and hardener in 2:1 ratio (By Volume not by weight). Using a plastic container for mixing and mix thoroughly scraping sides of container to fully integrate products. Please use a clean, free of contamination mixing container. We suggest once mixed you pour into a second container and mix again so Part A & Part B is completely mixed. Once the product is poured into the mould, let the resin settle allowing air bubbles, foam to float to the surface. Any remaining bubbles or Foam can be removed with a heat gun or Blow torch.
The curing time for Deep Pour can take up to 3-5 days depending on ambient temperature.
